YOTEL Porto will open on May 28th

YOTEL Porto is a project by United Investments Portugal, which according to its statement represents an investment of 30 million euros in the city of Porto. The group also has Pine Cliffs Resort, Sheraton Cascais, and the brand Spas Serenity - The Art of Well Being in its portfolio.
The hotel has a design and service inspired by the first aviation class, referring to its rooms as small but luxurious "cabins", with adjustable "SmartBed" beds, rejuvenating rain showers, smart TVs, and different energy points and USB inputs.
The
facilities at YOTEL Porto include 150 rooms, common areas for work, two meeting
rooms, flexible spaces for events overlooking the city, parking, and a 24-hour gym.
After downloading the YOTEL Porto application, which is available for iOS and
Android, customers can check in remotely and have access to a SmartKey to enter the room,
as well as access to room service, control the television, and the accommodation lighting. The hotel also has interactive kiosks for automatic
pre-booking.
The brand has four airport hotels under the brand name YOTELAIR in London-Gatwick, London-Heathrow, Amsterdam-Schiphol, and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and three hotels in New York, Boston, and Singapore.
In addition to YOTEL Porto, the brand is developing hotel units in destinations such as San Francisco, London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Glasgow, Park City, Dubai, Geneva, Miami, and at the airports of Istanbul and Changi (Singapore).
YOTEL's main shareholders include the Al-Bahar Group, IFA Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Capital Group, Kuwait Real Estate Company, and United Investments Portugal.
United Investments Portugal belongs to the consortium IFA Hotels & Resorts and is part of the Al-Bahar Investment Group, a major shareholder of YOTEL New York and the joint venture with Bespoke Hotels for Portugal and Spain.
