University of Porto: Master's in Management Ranked Among the Best in the World
The Financial Times Masters in Management 2024 Ranking highlights the Master's in Management from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto (FEP).
The Master's in Management (MiM) from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Porto (FEP) has climbed to 70th place in the Financial Times Masters in Management 2024 Ranking.
The programme offered by FEP is the best in Portugal in terms of academic return on investment, meaning graduates quickly recover the cost of their education. This assessment considers current salaries, course duration, and tuition fees. The MiM also ranks 1st in Portugal and 8th globally in terms of career progression, meaning that after completing their degree, students secure higher-responsibility positions in large organizations.
Another notable achievement is the programme's 12th place globally in terms of salary progression, with graduates experiencing an average salary increase of 66% after completing the programme.
"This recognition underlines the academic excellence of our institution and reinforces FEP as one of the leading management schools globally. It reflects the quality of our teaching, the international relevance of the programme, and the strong impact on the career progression of our graduates, showcasing our continued commitment to innovation, diversity, and the training of leaders for an increasingly competitive global market,” said FEP Director, Óscar Afonso.
The Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking evaluates top Master’s in Management programmes worldwide based on 19 indicators, including alumni career progress, school diversity, international experience, research, and carbon footprint.
