Speed Recruitment returns to Porto
A recruitment and networking initiative aims to bring companies and job seekers closer to new employment opportunities.
The Alfândega Congress Centre in Porto will host, on October 31st, the 17th edition of Speed Recruitment, organized by the Porto City Council through TERA. The event will once again foster direct contacts between candidates and new professional opportunities with companies.
There are two ways to participate in Speed Recruitment: through the closed circuit or the open circuit.
In the first option, 60 pre-selected candidates, trained by the Porto City Council team, will be interviewed for 5 minutes by the 10 companies participating in the circuit. Six rounds of interviews will be conducted, and the companies will interview all selected candidates, regardless of their educational background.
The open circuit option functions like a traditional job fair, where candidates can visit the stands of around 80 companies present at the event and interact with human resources professionals.
Speed Recruitment also includes a Workshop Space, where companies participate and share useful information with those looking for career opportunities. The workshops last around 20 minutes and will cover topics such as the skills most valued by employers, the current job market landscape, and the importance of structuring a solid resume. These sessions will take place throughout the day and are open to all.
Participation in the event is free, subject to prior registration on the Speed Recruitment website.
