Porto once again promotes the importance of happiness in the workplace
On September 17th, Alfândega will once again be home to Happiness Camp, the largest corporate event dedicated to happiness in Europe.
Happiness Camp will allow thousands of participants to be reminded of the importance of joy and well-being in the workplace, having been designed for professionals looking to increase their happiness and success at work.
Participants will have the opportunity to be in direct contact with speakers from large international companies, and will be able to acquire new tools that will help them explore the power of positivity in the workplace.
In this year’s edition, which will once again be promoted by Lionesa Business Hub, more than 50 speakers have been confirmed, from around 40 countries, and the event is expected to receive close to ten thousand participants. More than 120 companies will also be present at the event.
Among the speakers who will explore happiness, leadership, organizational culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion, one can find names such as Nahal Yousefian – former Vice President for Human Resources of Netflix –, Kelsey Robb – EMEA Community Advisor for Google –, or Sonya Barlow – lead host of The Everyday Hustle radio show on the BBC. The guest panel also includes Portuguese speakers such as Fred Canto e Castro – Founder & CEO of Seekers –, and Marta Bastos dos Santos, Board Member at Grace.
With the aim of empowering individuals and organizations through education and knowledge sharing, Happiness Camp is free and accessible to all who want to participate, through an online registration.
