VisionWare, a Porto cybersecurity company, has announced record financial results for 2025, reaching a total turnover of €5.8 million, a 26% increase compared to the previous year. The milestone coincides with the company’s 20th anniversary and reflects growing market demand for robust cybersecurity solutions amid an increasingly complex threat landscape, including the rapid evolution of AI-driven cyberattacks.
The Porto Leading Investor has also expanded its workforce to more than 115 employees, operating from its headquarters in Porto, its Lisbon office, and internationally in Cape Verde. International operations now account for over 22% of total turnover, underlining VisionWare’s successful global growth strategy.
A key driver of performance has been the expansion of innovation-led services, particularly in intelligence and Security Operations Centre "as a service” solutions. VisionWare continues to strengthen its multidisciplinary teams across Cybersecurity, Privacy & Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Cyber Defence Operations (SOC and CSIRT), and Risk Intelligence.
According to VisionWare’s Founder and CEO Bruno Castro, the company growth reflects the team’s expertise, innovation and credibility, highlighting the critical importance of robust cybersecurity governance in modern organisations.
Credited by NATO and recognised by Portuguese and international institutions, VisionWare has also reinforced its industry standing through major distinctions, including a Gold award in Privacy and Data Protection under the Digital Maturity Seals programme, adding to its previous Gold recognition in Cybersecurity. The Leading Investor remains committed to delivering integrated, one-stop-shop information security services under its mission to challenge an increasingly unsafe world.
