Porto Leading Investor Natixis Offers 200 Trainee Vacancies in WE WANT YOU Program
Under the motto WE WANT YOU, Natixis in Portugal launches the fifth edition of its trainee program, which includes, in 2024, around 200 paid internship opportunities at its Center of Excellence in Porto, on a hybrid basis. Applications can be submitted via the dedicated WE WANT YOU website.

Natixis' annual trainee recruitment program is aimed at recent graduates with training in the areas of Engineering and Information Technology, Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, Law, among others. In this year's edition, the program continues to serve as the entry point to several areas, such as software development, IT systems administration, cybersecurity, risk management in the context of Capital Markets and commercial law in the context of Banking and Finance.
As an integral part of Natixis' WE WANT YOU program, the Tech & Banking Skills Accelerator programs will be held between September and December this year, offering around 100 recent graduates a unique growth and learning experience. This initiative aims to prepare candidates for the most complex projects and challenges in some areas and, at the same time, facilitate their learning curve, before starting their internship.
Natixis in Portugal is part of the Global Financial Services division, an international component of Groupe BPCE, developing solutions for its two areas, Corporate & Investment Banking and Asset & Wealth Management, and, transversally, for the entities of the group to which it belongs. Therefore, this trainee program is positioned as the main opportunity for those who are curious about the investment banking sector and seek a multicultural and technological banking environment.

The fifth edition of this campaign maintains the essence of previous editions – WE WANT YOUR BRAIN –, adopting a new concept – WE WANT YOU – and a renewed visual identity, focused on the individual, their digital identity and the opportunities that Natixis makes available to all candidates.
This recruitment program is aimed at recent graduates, with knowledge of English, and knowledge of French is also valued, with no professional experience being required in the areas previously identified. The application process will be available between July and December 2024 and interested parties can submit their application via the dedicated website.
