The "Porto on the International Stage” event, taking place on May 22 (3:30 PM) in the Grand Auditorium of Porto Business School, will showcase the latest real estate market trends in the city.
The presentation of the "Porto Market Update” is one of the key items on the agenda of this meeting, which brings together C&W clients and representatives of the region's real estate ecosystem. In addition to a debate on the future of real estate in Porto, this edition features Sally Bruer – Head of EMEA Logistics & Industrial and Retail Research, who will present the latest trends in the luxury retail and nearshoring markets.
The consultancy had already organized the "Porto Is What WE Make It” event in 2023 at the same place, gathering hundreds of participants. Porto thus once again takes a central role in this discussion, establishing itself as a prime location for international real estate investment.
