PHC invests 1.4 million euros in new offices in Porto
PHC opened new offices in the emblematic Santa Catarina area, with the aim of promoting the well-being and productivity of its teams
PHC, a software development company, recently opened a 1,000 square meter office space in Santa Catarina, reflecting the company's vision of the future of work. 50% of this area is dedicated to culture and collaboration, while the other half is reserved for focused work environments.
In a context in which several technology companies are demanding a full return to the office, PHC is betting on a model that combines remote work with a strong corporate office culture. The €1.4 million investment in the new premises includes an auditorium prepared for remote collaboration and live streaming, as well as relaxation and games areas.
The concept of the new space, titled "Garden of Digital Business”, is inspired by a garden, with carefully crafted internal decoration and themed areas that reflect PHC’s culture.

"This office reinforces our commitment to providing the best work experience in Portugal, but goes even further in strengthening the connection between in-person collaboration with the team and total moments of focus at home. We chose to have fewer individual workspaces and reinforce the entire on-site experience”, says Rute Ablum, Chief Management Officer at PHC.
