Porto Leading Investor NTT Data, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, has acquired Alchemy Technology Services, a Northern Ireland-based consultancy specialising in insurance technology. The move aims to accelerate digital transformation across the insurance industry, a sector increasingly focused on agility, scalability, and modernisation.
The acquisition underscores NTT Data's commitment to reshaping the global insurance ecosystem by addressing both current and emerging technological challenges. The Leading Investor intends to leverage Alchemy’s expertise to deliver more intelligent, connected, and data-driven insurance solutions, particularly in key international markets.
