JLL Strengthens Local Presence with New Headquarters in Porto
JLL's strategy for the Northern region materializes itself through the company's new headquarters and through its new leadership structure.
JLL, a multinational specialized in investment management and commercial real estate, is reinforcing its presence in one of the most dynamic regions of the national market, as a response to the growing importance of Porto and the North of Portugal in the national real estate market. Along with its new headquarters in one of Porto's most modern buildings, the company has created the role of Head of Porto to strengthen and expand its operations.
JLL's new headquarters are located in ICON Tower, a strategically positioned building in the Boavista area and one of the most modern office developments in Porto. The company occupies two floors: one dedicated to the client experience and the other to the employees. The goal in terms of the office's design and execution was to provide all stakeholders with a sustainable, collaborative, functional, comfortable, and contemporary space.
"Porto has excellent conditions to position itself among the leading European destinations for real estate investment, with the potential to grow in attracting companies, residents, and institutional investors.
