Dils establishes new Porto hub to drive growth in Northern Portugal

Dils has officially opened its new store and office in Porto, strengthening its presence in one of Portugal’s most strategic and fast-growing regions. The new space, located at Avenida da Boavista 4143, will play a central role in promoting the real estate market across the country’s central and northern areas, encompassing residential, office, retail, industrial, logistics, and hospitality sectors.

With a team of 28 professionals based in Porto, all bringing extensive expertise in the property market, this expansion will allow Dils to deepen its local engagement and build closer relationships with both residents and investors interested in the region. The project has benefited from the support of InvestPorto through its aftercare programme, which has supported the brand in establishing its new northern base.
