DeHouse opens new Flex Office in Porto
Located in Praça do Bom Sucesso, DeHouse Península can acommodate 300 people and benefits from a multitude of spaces

DeHouse, a Portuguese startup that manages several coworking spaces, has just opened its latest workspace in the city of Porto: DeHouse Península. Located in Praça do Bom Sucesso, with a capacity for 300 people, DeHouse Península will give a new use to the entire top floor of the Península Boutique Centre, while also contributing to the latter's revitalisation.
For Tiago Carvalho Araújo, CEO and Co-founder of DeHouse, "this space follows the same philosophy as the other spaces we manage, which today encompass 1,400 users spread over 5 locations: revitalising existing spaces by giving them a new lease of life."
He added: "DeHouse stands out for anticipating market needs, integrating adaptable design, advanced technology, and personalised services to create environments that balance collaboration and productivity. We see ourselves as a hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and growth, capable of attracting both local and international talent, but also as an engine for urban regeneration in the cities where we are present, believing that this positioning contributes to building more sustainable cities."
