Rambras is a real estate company with an operational matrix: more than the activity of buying and selling properties, we are interested in the recovery, construction, operation and management of them, although we also carry out transactions in the market, on a regular basis. In terms of exploration, the focus is on the tourism and student markets, but we are also present on other sub-markets and we run PortoSoul Coworking in one of our building located in the heart of Porto.

Rambras develops its activity through the two brands nortesoul.com and portosoul.com.

Established in 2011, the company has been showing significant growth in equity values and in turnover. The evolution of the city of Porto as a highly attractive tourist destination and the fact that the real estate market continues to be an interesting alternative for investors contributed to this. The operating profitability of the short-term lease business is still significantly higher than the average market return for a similar level of risk.

The company has focused on minimizing investment/financing and operating costs, being very selective and demanding in the investments it has made. The company's mission is to make properties profitable through the operation of related services, namely leasing and short term renting with tourism services included, with a particular focus on robustness and efficiency in construction/rehabilitation and reliability in operation.

Typical Customer
In Tourism, the typical client is the tourist who visits the city of Porto either on a longer stay or on short breaks. At the Coworking, most customers are digital nomads but it is important to stabilize income with small businesses that occupy our space as a temporary headquarter.
