Speed Recruitment 2023

On November 21, Porto will be carrying out a recruitment and networking initiative aimed at bringing together companies and candidates looking for (new) professional opportunities.

As well as making direct contact with the companies present, job seekers will also have the opportunity to take part in workshops on what is most valued by the job market.

There are two ways to take part in Speed Recruitment:

5-minute interview circuit - 10 companies will have the opportunity to interview 60 candidates, previously selected and trained in employability skills, for 5 minutes. This circuit will include Forvia, Salvador Caetano, InterContinental Porto - Palácio das Cardosas, Job Impulse, Kelly Services, MC Sonae, Mecwide, Prozis, Sodexo, and Synergie. This circuit is limited to 60 candidates.

Open Access Tour - Adopting a traditional job fair format, several companies will be present to showcase their job opportunities, receive applications, and interview candidates.
