Big Bang Bada Boom - Founders Founders

Founders Founders is launching the second edition of Big Bang Bada Boom, its scale-up acceleration programme designed to support high-growth companies and their leadership teams. Building on the success of the first edition, the programme targets a carefully selected group of 15 scale-ups, up to 16 participants per company (four per module), and aims to strengthen their strategic, operational and leadership capabilities during a critical growth phase.

Recognised as one of the largest scale-up communities in Portugal, Founders Founders brings together over 100 startups, with a combined €1.29 billion raised and 27 successful exits. This strong ecosystem provides participants with access to experienced founders, top-tier investors and a valuable peer network, creating a unique environment for learning and collaboration.

Over eight weeks, the programme will address the four areas that most commonly hold scale-ups back in Portugal: Product Strategy (PMF 2.0); Go-To-Market (Building a Predictable Revenue Engine); People and Operations (Scaling Without Breaking); and Finance and Capital (Board- and Fundraising-Ready).

The programme starts in April and runs until May and is tailored specifically for scale-ups and their leadership teams. Applications are open until 20 March, offering companies the opportunity to accelerate their growth while gaining visibility among founders, leaders and investors.
